1. Who processes your data

This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Personal Data Protection” No. 1537 of 3 August 2018 and applies to skyca.tj in Russian, English and Tajik.
2. What data we collect
- Enquiry form data: name, phone number, email address, the service area you select and your message. You provide these yourself when you submit the form on the Contact page.
- Messenger and phone enquiries: phone number, profile name and the content of the conversation when you contact us via WhatsApp or by phone.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source, date and time of visit. These are collected automatically through cookies and analytics services.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and do not request identity documents.
3. Why we use your data
- to reply to your enquiry, clarify the brief and prepare a proposal;
- to sign and perform a contract for advertising and marketing services;
- to understand how visitors use the site and improve it;
- to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising (for example, Google Ads);
- to comply with legal and accounting requirements.
We do not use your data for newsletters without separate consent and never sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Form, messenger and phone data are processed on the basis of your consent — given by ticking the checkbox in the form or by contacting us — and for the conclusion and performance of a contract. Technical data are processed on the basis of consent expressed by continuing to use the site after the cookie notice.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies — small files stored by your browser on your device. They are needed for forms, remembering your language and settings, and for analytics.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google LLC) — visit statistics and campaign measurement. Data are shared with Google in anonymised form; see the Google Privacy Policy.
- Site cookies — remember that you have already seen the intro animation and the cookie notice.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working, but some features may be unavailable.
6. Who we share data with
Only SKY Central Asia staff who handle your enquiry have access to your data. Our technical contractors may process data on our behalf: the website hosting provider, the email service and Google analytics services. We disclose data to public authorities only where required by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
7. How long we keep data
- Website enquiries and correspondence — up to 3 years from the last contact if you do not become our client.
- Contract data — for the term of the contract and the retention periods set by accounting legislation.
- Analytics data — according to Google Analytics settings (14 months by default).
8. Your rights
You may at any time ask what data we hold about you, request correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@skyca.tj from the address you used in your enquiry, or call us. We respond within 10 working days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out or data we are required to keep by law.
9. How we protect data
The site runs over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in the site’s content management system with password-restricted access and forwarded to our corporate email. We limit staff access to data, use anti-spam protection and keep the site software up to date.
